RW Property Services began out of a desire to provide clients with something more. So when Rob Warmbir started our company, he saw potential to bring traditional approaches and new technologies together to better serve each project and client.

Rob grew up in the Midwest, near Clifton, Illinois. His dedication to farming grew into a true calling. He attended the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, where he earned a degree in Agriculture Business and Management.

As an Accredited Farm Manager, Accredited Land Consultant, and Auctioneer, Rob is committed to making sure you get the most out of your project, no matter big or small, so that you can reach your goals.
